We can use the architectural plans provided by the client and do the “construction only”.
We arrange an initial consultation meeting and discuss in detail all the necessary information required. This enables our estimating team to complete a thorough quantity take off, breaking down your design into a detailed bill of quantities to which we apply our competitive trade and material rates allowing us to keep costing consistent.
